Joint Mobilisation & Manipulation
Joint manipulation and mobilisation are hands-on techniques used to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve flexibility. Mobilisation involves slow, controlled movements, while manipulation uses quick, precise adjustments to relieve stiffness. These treatments help with arthritis, injuries, and mobility issues, promoting faster recovery and better function.
