Treatments

Joint Mobilisation & Manipulation

Joint manipulation and mobilisation are hands-on techniques used to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve flexibility. Mobilisation involves slow, controlled movements, while manipulation uses quick, precise adjustments to relieve stiffness. These treatments help with arthritis, injuries, and mobility issues, promoting faster recovery and better function.

Soft Tissue Massage

Soft tissue massage is a hands-on therapy that targets muscles, tendons, and ligaments to reduce pain, improve circulation, and enhance mobility. It helps release tension, break down scar tissue, and promote healing, making it effective for sports injuries, muscle stiffness, and chronic pain conditions.

Acupuncture/Dry Needling

Acupuncture and dry needling involve inserting fine needles into specific points to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing by releasing muscle trigger points. Both techniques are effective for pain management, injury recovery, and improving movement.

Exercises

We provide patients with exercises tailored programs to improve muscle strength, stability, and endurance. These exercises help support joints, enhance mobility, and prevent injuries. Whether recovering from an injury or improving overall function, targeted strengthening promotes long-term recovery and resilience.

Therapeutic Modalities

Therapeutic modalities refer to treatment techniques and physical agents used to relieve pain, improve mobility, enhance healing, and restore function. We offer ultrasound therapy and interferential therapy, which help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery from injuries and chronic conditions.
